• Mandatory documents and information: When signing the lease contract and during the lease term, the landlord must provide the tenant with certain essential documents. Example: the lease contract, the inventory of fixtures, technical diagnostics, charge statements, etc.
• Repairs: Repairs that are not classified as rental repairs are exclusively the landlord's responsibility throughout the lease term.
  Example: replacing the boiler, repairing the roof, etc.
• Rental repairs, on the other hand, are generally the tenant's responsibility.
  Example: replacing a broken door handle, shower head, etc., broken by the occupant.
